東名高速道路の日本平PA（上り）にある店。
土曜日の夜、掛川ICから乗っていくつかのSAPAを見たが、
食べたいと思うものが無かったり、時間的に終わっていたりで、
ここまで来た。
この店も、本来の営業時間である23:00より1時間短く22:00で閉店。
たどり着いたのは21:00過ぎで、ギリギリ。
どれもガテン系のような脂っこい定食が多かったので、
今回は「鉄板盛り富士宮焼きそば（780円）」をチョイス。
券売機で食券を買って、店員に渡すとコールベルを渡される。
しばらく待って、ベルが鳴ったので取りに行くと、
鉄板に玉子が敷いてあり、その上に焼きそばが乗っている。
これは、本来の富士宮焼きそばと違う点。
富士宮焼きそばは、富士宮市内の４つの製麺業者の富士宮やきそば蒸し麺を使用し、
やきそばにラードを絞った後の「肉かす」を入れ、
イワシの「削り粉（だし粉）」を振り、
富士宮の高原キャベツを使うというのが鉄則だが、
鉄板焼きで出すことと玉子が敷かれていること、
赤いタコサンウインナーが2つ乗っているのは本来的には邪道になるような気がする。
それはともかく。
味はやや薄め、焼きそばはやや固めで、富士宮で食べるそれとは違う。
まあ、この時間にこの価格で食べられるのだから、良しとしよう。
