取引先の方と一杯です。面白いお店が
あるよと、連れて行ってもらった先は
「韓旅」さん。韓国料理のお店です。
店内はテーブル席が28関ほど。お店の道路側
(客席側)は前のオーナーが昭和時代の家を
解体して、こちらに建て直したそうで、
木製の梁や柱、木枠にすりガラスや模様の
入ったガラスが見られ、レトロ調です。
先ずは「サッポロ生ビール」580円で乾杯。
注文したのは「韓国のり味付け」440円
通常の韓国のりより大判で、ごま油が
香りながらもあっさりした味付けです。
「海鮮チヂミ」1,700円
海老とイカが入っていますが、ニラと人参が
たっぷり。サクッと焼かれています。
お店手作りの酸味とピリ辛のタレがいい味で、
これにたっぷり浸しながら食べると、パクパク
と食べれちゃいます。
「マッコリ」瓶(1ℓ)1,650円
瓶からレンゲで掬って器へ。冷えたマッコリは
仄かな甘みと酸味を感じます。
口当たりいいですが、度数6％程度なので
飲み過ぎ注意です。
「骨付きカルビチムセット」1,658円×2人前
焼肉は2人前からの注文です。同行の方が若干
歯が悪かったので、お店のお母さんが柔らかくて、
美味しいですよ。と、こちらを勧めてくれました。
写真は既に骨から外れて、身だけです。
これもお母さんがハサミを使って、骨を外して
くれました。サンチュで包んでいただきます。
甘辛く味付けしたカルビは、本当に柔らかく
食べ易いです。
「キムチ盛り合わせ」1,100円
白菜キムチ、カクテキ、きゅうりです。
どれも発酵が進んで酸味が強く、後から
ピリッと辛味がきます。
「チャプチェ」1,288円
最後の〆で注文。野菜たっぷりで彩り鮮やか
です。野菜はシャッキシャキで春雨は太目で
モチモチ。あっさりした味付けでした。
料理はタレも含めて、全て手作りだそうです。
お手軽な価格の観光料理のお店です。
お母さんの親切な接客もいいですよ。
