野菜たっぷり健康カレー : Yasai wo taberu kare camp

Before saying goodbye to my friend, we went shopping and had lunch at Mark Is. My health-conscious friend hadn't tried Camp yet, so we decided to go here for dinner♪ I wanted to warm myself up, so I chose a spicy Indian-style vegetable curry. My friend chose the default original vegetable curry. The curry was almost finished in the kitchen and brought to me in a frying pan, and was then served live on a hot skillet in front of me. While serving my spicy curry, a large lotus root, the main ingredient, flew onto the table, which was disappointing. There was no apology, and they silently withdrew as if nothing had happened. I pulled myself together and ate! It wasn't spicy, but it was light. The ingredients were mostly potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, and other potato-based ingredients. As I ate, my body started to feel warm by the end. My friend, who has a good metabolism, said that even if it wasn't spicy, it made me sweat and was delicious with lots of vegetables! It was great (╹◡╹) My body was also satisfied after camping for the first time in a while.

だいぶ前に名古屋でcampのカレー食べたことがあり、また食べたいなぁとずっと思ってて・・
たまたま用事で東静岡駅まで来たので、やっとチャンスが来た〜(^o^) とマークイズ静岡の中に入ってるcampに寄りました。

こちらの方がお店はコンパクトな感じ、円形のテーブルは、お一人様に慣れてない人には気恥ずかしいかも？
先客も居なかったし、私は平気ですが（笑）

オーダーは、1日分の野菜カレー990円。サラダ、ドリンクセット250円もつけ、ドリンクはアイスティー。
ルーは南インド風辛口カレーで、ごはんの量は250グラムです。

中でチャチャっと炒めてる音がして、程なくテーブルまでフライパン持ってきました。
そして目の前でスキレットへよそう演出？でいただきます！
野菜たっぷりで、健康的です。
野菜はざく切りで、ゴロゴロと入ってます。
だからこそ（野菜をワシワシと食べる）感覚です。
辛さはそんなに感じないので、辛いもの好きさんには少し物足りないかな？
でもスパイス効いてて美味しい〜
最後まで熱々で食べれるってのは、やっぱり良いですね。
そうそう、キャンプ気分を盛り立てる、飯盒や食器にワクワクしますが、名古屋で初体験してから、このスコップスプーンがずっと欲しくて、先日アマゾンで買ってしまった！嬉しい(^o^)

1週間の疲れをスパイスで癒して満足しました。
