お昼にどうしても肉が食べたくなり
検索してお邪魔しました！
開店前に着いたがすでに行列ががが
一回転目に漏れ待つこと30分。
席に案内されると既に肉、米、キムチ、炭が
スタンバイされておりいつでも食べれます状態。
先にオーダー取ってたのはこのためか！
待たせない工夫に意表を突かれた！
席につきさっそく赤身が綺麗な
和牛ロースを焼く…
こまめにひっくり返しベストの状態を塩で…
とても柔らかく肉の旨みがすごい！
肉を焼く途中でたまごスープが登場！
ボリューム感がすごい！
半熟のところがトロトロで美味しい！
続けて和牛ハラミを…
柔らかい上にロース以上の肉汁が！
こっちの方がジューシーで肉の旨味、
甘味が強く自分好みで美味しい(*´﹃`*)
緊急事態宣言中じゃなければ
ビールを頼みたくなる（笑）
一通り食べた感想はコスパ良く
複数の肉が楽しめ、ボリュームもあり大満足！
