Everyone, let's do our best today as well. I visited Nakagomi Butcher Shop, located behind Karase Kaido in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Apparently it's been around for quite some time, but I didn't know anything about it, and I used to go to Bunda-san, which is near the Inter Interchange, where soccer fans hang out. I like the corn tea and oden dipping sauce over there. It was my first time visiting this Nakagome butcher shop. Meat is also sold during the day along with lunch, and as of April 1, 2022, meat sales hours are from 11:00 to 14:00. It is from 17:00 to 20:30. If you don't continue on Karase Kaido and turn right before you get to 31 and the bookstore, you will see Charcoal-Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Yakiniku Nakagome Butcher Shop. A group of 6 friends made a reservation for 5:30pm. Then, someone over the phone said, ``Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we will be closing in 90 minutes.'' It was from 17:30 to 19:00. Since I didn't know that, I thought, ``Okay, let's eat!'' But 90 minutes isn't an all-you-can-eat meal, but it's still a short time to talk. Apparently, the store was closing at 9pm, and we all talked about whether that was the point, since the restaurant wanted to do a "twice turn." I thought it would actually be crowded, but on that day it was about 50% full. The quality of the meat is as good as you can find at a butcher shop. However, if you wanted to drink beer and eat whatever you wanted, it was a place where you could easily spend 10,000 yen per person. There is a temperature check and disinfectant at the entrance, and there are about 3 parking spaces in the parking lot. There is one place where you can parallel park, for a total of 4 cars. It was a corner of a residential area, and I got the impression that most of the customers who came in the evening were families by car. There were more than 5 employees, including those serving the meals. Lemons are squeezed by yourself and are not included by default. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce is placed on the table, and you can add it to your small plate yourself. There was no salt on the table. We didn't use the tongue as we were eating it with lemon, but it might be something to order. There are about 10 tables for four people, and there is also a second floor, so the capacity is quite large. There were 6 of us, and the largest table was probably at the back of the parking lot, but even so, it was a tight space for 6 people. With the current coronavirus pandemic, it feels a little cramped. If this restaurant has a table for 6 people, it might be okay to use two tables for 4 people in the back. (However, the table cannot be moved.) The signature dish is the special Salted beef tongue, which costs 2,000 yen per person. I ordered 4000 yen for 2 people and received 10 pieces of thick tongue. In addition, we ordered the Wagyu Beef Special Assortment - 6,800 yen, Wagyu Beef Special Assortment - 4,500 yen, Wagyu Beef Specially Selected Lean Meat 3-piece platter - 4,800 yen, and Wagyu Beef Specially Selected Kalbi 3-piece platter - 4,800 yen. The tongue is thick and delicious, and it cooks very quickly so it's ready in no time. It costs about 60,000 yen for 6 people, so I thought the price was quite high for this place, but all the meat was delicious. did. Lunch may be a better deal, even if you sacrifice some quality. The quality of the meat is at a level commensurate with the price, and the service is good at first glance, so even though it's not all-you-can-eat, the ``90-minute time limit'' is a pain. 静岡県静岡市、唐瀬街道の裏手にある、中込精肉店さんに御邪魔しました。
何回目になるかわかりませんが、駐車場が4台程度で、だいたい満車です。
焼き肉屋の中では静岡市内でも有名な店になりつつあります。
昼間はランチとともに精肉も販売しており、年末年始以外はランチ営業も充実しています。
11時から14時が昼。
17時から20時30分となっています。
精肉や直営なので、肉質は疑いがないです。ただA5と謳っているのですが、
精肉部門にもA5は並んでませんでした。
レモンは自分で絞る形でデフォルトでは付かず、レモンが必要な肉の横についてきます。
特にタン類は美味しく、特選塩タンが看板料理のようです。
タンは厚くて美味しく、火がとても速く回るのであっというまに出来上がりました。
ホルモンとタンが印象に残りました。
肉の質も価格に見合ったレベルのものでしたが、人数の割には
