前から気になっていたガンジス川。
お一人様でお邪魔しました。
注文したのはDランチ。カレーはほうれん草と羊。
初めてなので辛さの度合いが計りかねる中、辛好きでもさすがにレベル10が痛辛の文字に躊躇し6と8でオーダーしてみました(笑)
スープはコクがあって美味しいけど、スパイスが入っていた方がより美味しくいただけるかなという感じ。
カレーはビジュアルも綺麗で味もgood！
他の方も言われてましたが日本人寄りですね。
決して悪い意味ではなく、万人受けなお味です。
カレーと具材の割合バランスも丁度良い感じで満足でした。
羊のカレー。私としては肉々しくて味わいがあって好みですが、人によっては肉が硬い！と言われるかもしれませんね。
ほうれん草もしっかりとスパイスに風味が消されず豊かな美味しさでした♪
辛さは辛いもの好きな私の個人的な感想として、次回はレベル10で注文しても良いなと思いました。
あくまで辛さは人によって計りが違うと思うので参考にはしないで下さいね。
しいて参考にするならLEEの20倍が大丈夫なら8倍以上でも…と思います。(レトルトと比較するのは失礼過ぎるとは思いましたが、あくまで辛さの指標としてです)
ナンはモチモチ♪大きくて食べ応え十分！
大きいナンですが、ライスも付いてるDランチ。
このライスがクセ者！モッチモチで美味しかったです。
最初見た時に「サフランライスじゃないんだ…」と思ったのですが、美味しいので全然OKというかダークホースでした(笑)
ドリンクはチャイを頂きましたが、もう少しスパイシーさが欲しかったですね。
唯一残念だったのが、タンドリーチキン…。
パサつき感があり、味わいが無かったのは火の通し加減でしょうか？微妙に半干し肉に近い感が…(ー_ー;)
カレー2腫食べたいのでDランチにしましたが、ランチメニューに単品カレーをミニタイプとかでリーズナブルに追加出来たら良いのになーとは思いましたが、総じてガンジス川中島店さんは美味しい！！
