海老ドリア980円を頂きました。（スープ、野菜サラダ付）
野菜サラダは葉野菜にトマト。際立つ酸味に加えて、果実系かハーブの仄かな味わいのドレッシング。
玉蜀黍のスープは野菜スープという印象。個性的な味わい。旨い。
ドリアは自家製ベシャメルソースに玉葱や鶏の甘味や旨みにたっぷりのチーズが入る。旨さ増幅。
総じて、お値打ちランチ。料理は全て自家製だそうで、仕込みは大変であろう。シェフの拘りは料理から感じる。10席程度のカウンタ席から厨房は丸見え。ドレープオムライスの調理実演が楽しめる。次回はこれにしよう。
