『一番星』といえば濃厚ラーメンのイメージ。
胸焼けが酷い私としては、どうしても避けてしまうお店。
という事で４年以上も伺ってませんでした。
時折、メディアで観ることもあり、醤油系の紹介もあった
ような、なかったような…
休日、何気なしに食べログを閲覧、フォロワーさんの
『一番星』タイムラインから「醤油らーめん」が目に!
改めてmenueを観ると、醤油らーめんがありました。
アンテナの低さに反省です。
浅間神社で祈願を終え、歩いて商店街をとぼとぼ歩き入店。
menueを拝見するも、それらしき代物がない。
スタッフに確認。限定なのでありません〜
更にもアンテナ低く過ぎ。
結局、スパイスそば「限定麺」¥1,100

大変お待たせいたしました!
15種類以上の香辛料と、香味野菜をブレンドした
特製チャツネに、鶏豚魚介から丁寧に引いた出汁
を合わせた、エスニックなベジタヌードルです。
の、売り込みに引かれ注文です。
結局、濃厚になってしまった。
他、芳醇 味噌そば「限定麺」¥900
豚そば まぜ豚そばは定番menue
menueは非常に少ないですね。
トッピングでオリジナルティーをだす感じです。
私、スパイスそば 辛さ増し パクチー抜き を発注。
5カ国から取り寄せたスパイスブレンドの濃厚過ぎない
スープに、太麺に絡んだ15種類のスパイシーな味が
たまらない旨味を表現。
チャーシュー、メンマ、ベビーフリー、もやし
バランスの良い仕上がりとなっておりました。
※辛さ増し 丁度いい辛さですが、次回は、ダブルに挑戦。
美味しかったです。
