初訪問になります。サスエ前田魚店の魚を使われてるということでかなり楽しみにお伺いしました。
結論を言うと、かなり良いお魚を素晴らしい技術で調理されていて、これ以上ないと思いました。
東京では、というか静岡でしか味わえないのではと思います。
また訪問させていただければと思います。
