ジビエを美味しくいただくお店。一応カテゴリとしてはフレンチに入るらしい…？印象としてはフレンチの技法なのかも知れないけど完全に創作料理です。ただただ出てくるものを見て食べて楽しむ。ちなみにひとつひとつの料理に対しての説明はほんとに最低限。潔いです。
コース15,000円の一本勝負。美味しいですよ。
