某パーティーがありまして、その際の会場がこちらでした。
ピザの美味しいお店だと聞いて訪問しました。
店を入るとすぐにピザのオープンキッチンがあって背後に石窯も見えます。。店内は縦長のお店で、奥の方には「個室風」の座席もあります。
最初に数品いただいて、満を持してピザが登場します。
これは美味しいです。メインの部分が美味しいのはもちろんなんですが、食べ終わった端っこの部分があるじゃないですか。パンで言う「耳の部分」って言うんですかねぇ。
正直、ピザではあそこが苦手で残しちゃったりすることもあるんですが、今回は食べてみると、その部分にも程よい…というか、さりげない塩気があったりして、飽きずに最後まで食べる事ができました。
その後にパスタとして、ペンネが出てきたんですが、このピザ・パスタは美味しいと思います。
ただ、他のメニューは…。前菜として出たのかなぁ。赤身の魚にバルサミコが掛かった料理もあったんですけど…今まで白身系の魚では見たことあったんですが、見た目にも味的にも「…」。
こちらのお店はピザとパスタ。特にピザに的を絞っての来店がベストだと思います。
