お昼を食べに入りました。
平日の12時5分くらいにお店に入ったのですが、
既に待っているお客様が2組いらっしゃいました。
結構賑わっているようです。
ファミレスみたいに名前を書いて待っていると、店員さんにメニューを渡され
「メニューを見てお待ち下さい」と言われました。
入り口の待ちスペースからは、厨房で麺を茹でている所が、
ガラス張りで見えるようになっていました。
10分ほど待った後、席に案内していただき、待っている間に決めておいた、
「たらこと湯葉とモッツァレラチーズのカルボナーラ」をオーダー
席にて5分ほど待つと、パスタに付いて来るスープが運ばれてきて
更に5分後にオーダーしたスパゲッティーが運ばれてきました。
お味の方は、うんカルボナーラ～と言った感じ
麺の固さも丁度良かったです。
個人的には、ジュリーパスタより、こちらの方が好みです。
