『鮨 ふじわら』初見なので今回はサマリーのみ
店の雰囲気 ； ★★★★
入り口も落ち着いているし，店内もとてもきれいで，食事に集中できる雰囲気がある。もう少し照明を落とすともっと良い感じかも。
メニュー ； ★★★☆
料理についてはハッキリとしたメニューはなく，肴についてはおまかせになるのかな。
その日の種についてもカウンター前の冷蔵庫をみないと解らない。
客あしらい ； ★★★★
カウンター席がかなり多く，御主人ともう一人の職人さんが半分ずつ受け持つ形。今回は御主人と話をすることは無かったが，もう一人の職人さんがそつなく対応してくれた。
料理・味 ； ★★★
まぁ普通かなぁ。特別引きつけられるものは無かった。御主人の握りはみていないので，次の機会に改めて期待したい。初見なのでこの辺りで。

比較的二保守がそろっていると言えるのかもしれない。

う～ん，普通より若干良い感じか？でも内容とのバランスを考えるとこの程度が精一杯かな。
