旬をシンプルに
すっきりと清潔感のあるカウンター。
おまかせもありますが、気になるものを握ってもらいました。
まずはお造りで。
その日のおすすめを聞くと、大将がいくつか教えてくれます。
安心できるのは、例えば好みのカツオでも
「今のカツオはあまり脂がのってないので、こちらの〇〇が…」
と言ってくれるところ。
気に入ったものは、あん肝。
丁寧に下処理してあって、棒状に丸めずに蒸しています。
これが美味しい。特にもみじおろしの、ほのかな辛さとポン酢具合が好き。
一番のおすすめは、マグロ赤身の漬け。
しっとりとねっとりの間くらいに漬けられていて、
品の良いシャリの握り具合で、口の中でマグロの旨味とご飯の美味しさが相乗効果に。
喫煙室が確保されているので、嫌煙家でも入口や喫煙所付近が煙いということもなく安心です。
落ち着いた大人の雰囲気の寿司店です。

通常のルートから外れて日本海側へ迷って来たカツオ。
これが、見た目もマグロの中トロみたいで、味もマグロかな、と思いつつ噛みしめるとカツオらしさに。
この日は静岡では珍しいトラフグの白子もいただきました。
