静岡で毎年開催されている茶氷。
こちらのお店もその1店舗で食べ比べが出来ると知っていてこの日訪問しました。
オーダーしたのはその食べ比べかき氷、
「冷夏絢爛」
3種類のかき氷と4種類の団子にかりんとう饅頭が1つ。
最初はかき氷から食べましょうかと思いスプーンを片手に氷に突き刺してみると。
氷がガッチガチでスプーンが入らない。
フワフワ氷ではないのね。
そして運ばれてきた最初の段階で既にカップの下半分は解けている状態でとっても残念。
煎茶はちみつレモン・抹茶ティラミス・和紅茶いちごと3種類を楽しむ設定になっているのだが、シロップの類いは抹茶ティラミス は美味しいのだが、その他は特段決定打に欠ける。
この段階でがっかり感が凄かったのですが、ここから挽回でした。
和菓子は美味しいんです。
特にかりんとう饅頭の振りかけてある塩抹茶が甘さとしょっぱさと絶妙なバランス。
各団子も温かく甘みとしょっぱさとが交互に楽しめて硬さもほどよい硬さに焼き上がっていて私的にはgood。
こちらで１番気になるものは「プリンパフェDX」
