はまぐり出汁、鶏出汁と２つの塩ラーメンを注文しました。大きめサイズの焼餃子をサイドメニューとして。両ラーメンとも味の違いが分かります。旨み成分が良く効いていて、とても美味しいスープ。思わず、うまいって声が出ます。
細麺、チャーシュー厚切り、味付け玉子、炙りメンマも満足度の高い味です。スープに良く絡みます。今度は醤油味も食べてみようと思います。
