本わさびは辛く無いです。念押しでもう一度、本わさびは辛くないです。接待のお店は静岡駅近くの旬菜旬魚 造りの山葵さんで。送別会も兼ねていたので、こちらのお店をチョイス。(わさびと言えば符丁で”なみだ”ですよね)。店名通り、お料理に(あるいは焼酎わさび割り等のドリンクにも)りっばな本わさびと鮫皮おろし器が出てくるお店、です。わさびは”笑顔で摺れ”って位なので、ゆっくり円を描くようにすりましょう。コースでお願いしましたが、太刀魚だったりモチガツオだったり鯵も押さえていたり、と納得の構成。鱧を焼いたりと季節感も忘れてません。お手頃コースでしたが、オプションで地酒も飲み放題で良い夜でした。雰囲気抜群で駅直近、好いお魚で看板に偽りなし、旬菜旬魚 造りの山葵さんおススメですっ！
