コンセプトは立食いステーキ
入口から立食いカウンターが並んでいますが奥にテーブル席もあります。
メニューはシンプルにリブロースかサーロインか。何グラムか。メニューでは気づかなかったが、相盛りもできるのかな？
サーロインは柔らかくて程よい脂味感でうまい。
リブロースはしっかりした肉肉しさがジューシーでうまい。
どっちもうまい。
270gはペロリと完食できますね。
〆は肉汁が残った鉄板でガーリックステーキ。
自分で混ぜるスタイルです。
もちろんうまい。
気軽に高コスパで美味い肉をしっかり食べたい時にピッタリのお店です。
