横丁の中に餃子屋さん・・・これもうれしいリーシング
しかし、難しいのは餃子も好みがそれぞれ
自分は皮が好きで皮で大よそ評価
もちろん、餡とのバランスが大事ですが
こちらの餃子は1個単位で頼めることがまずうれしい
焼・揚げ・ゆでと3種類を1個90円・・・5個以上で80円に
それも合わせ技ＯＫのため、茹で2個、焼4個でも良いそうです
餃子を食べに来ましたが、メニューはそこそこ種類があり
中華メニュー中心にラーメンまでありました
そして、味ですが・・・皮が好みではなく既製品の皮のようで
皮は手造りした方が美味しいですね・・・
茹での方には特に合う皮ではなかったように思います
