2017.10.26訪問
静岡市葵区人宿町、人宿町通りを安倍川方向に進むと、『福助』を通りすぎてしばらく行くとお店はあります。
最近openしたようで、カウンター８席程度、四人かけ席と６人かけ席があります。
一度少し前に行ったのですが、気になるメニューがあったので、再度訪問を実現。
アスパラの卵のせ、鶏肉のポルチーニクリーム、牡蠣とキノコのグリル、フライドポテト半熟卵のせを頼みつつ、お酒を少々。
アスパラは少々立派過ぎるので三本入っていると終盤疲れてしましました笑っお味は、卵と絡めて食べると幸せな気分です。
気になっていた鶏肉のポルチーニクリームは、鶏肉とポルチーニをクリーム煮にする取り合わせが新鮮で手を出しました(*´ω｀*)ポルチーニの香りでお肉が食べれて良かったです。
牡蠣とキノコのグリルは、忘れてしまいました笑っ
ポテト好きなのでポテトが置いてあると好感触ですね。
人宿町に入りやすいお店がなかったので頑張って欲しいですね。
あと、オープンキッチンなので、シェフも難しい顔は少なめの方が見栄えがいいと思います❗
