お昼休みに「福みつ 静岡店」さんへ。
浜松餃子の有名店で、一度訪問したいと
思っていました。
駐車場は店前と横に8〜9台。それと道を
挟んだ対面にもあります。
綺麗な店内はカウンター6席、テーブルが
4人×4卓と6人×1卓。テーブルには醤油、
酢、辣油のみが用意されてます。
メニューは「餃子」

餃子は何個頼んでも1個54円なんですね。
定食(中 15個)1,140円を注文を注文。
10分強で配膳です。
餃子が15個、ご飯に味噌汁、お新香の
セットです。
餃子はカリッサクッと焼かれていて、
とてもいい食感です。野菜がたっぷりで
あっさりなんですが、ニンニクが
ふんわり香り、脂の旨みがあります。
また、豆腐とお揚げの味噌汁が出汁が
効いていて美味しく、これもポイント
UPです。
カリッとした食感良く、パクパクと
食べてしまいます。軽い味わいなのに
不思議とご飯と合い、大きめの茶碗一杯
のご飯がすすみます。15個は多いかな？
と思いましたが、難なく食べ切ってしまい
中を頼んで正解でした。
最初はお酢のみ、途中で醤油、最後は辣油
を加えて食べました。辣油はかなり辛いので
投入量には注意が必要です。
さすが有名店の浜松餃子、満足です。
