20 Gyoza / Dumpling I had been interested in this restaurant for a while, but I couldn't get there without a car, and I had given up on the idea of Gyoza / Dumpling and beer set. My friend offered to drive me, so I went in without hesitation! The restaurant had a wide variety of customers, including elderly couples, young couples, and groups of university students. I sat down and ordered only beer and Gyoza / Dumpling, without even looking at the shrimp chili! After a while, Gyoza / Dumpling which looked like they were fried to a crisp, appeared! I took a bite...it was hotter than I expected, and if I wasn't careful, I would burn the back of my front teeth (lol). The sweetness of the vegetables, the umami of the meat, the chewy texture of the skin, and the crispy texture of the grilled parts were a wave attack that made it possible to eat without getting bored. At first I ate it with vinegar and pepper, but the filling was light, so I added chili oil to the vinegar soy sauce, which added a punch to the dish and made it delicious (*´﹃`*) It went well with beer! With beer, I ate 20 of them like a snack in no time! I'll visit again when I can get a car!
