[Visited in April 2024] I used this restaurant when I visited Shizuoka for work. It was a short walk from Shizuoka Station, so it was easy to use. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I saw the chef busy cooking. The restaurant is under an elevated railway, so the ceiling is not high and it does not seem to be spacious, but there is a counter in front of the chef and a tatami room, so there seemed to be many seats. The interior was clean and kept clean. I had lunch, so I ordered the lunch nigiri (limited) and the Suruga Bay local fish Seafood Bowl from the lunch menu. The lunch nigiri included two medium fatty tuna, but overall it seemed like there were a lot of bland ingredients. There was salmon roe, perhaps to make it look more luxurious, but I thought it would be nice to use local fish since it was a special occasion. Seafood Bowl also had a lot of bland fish, and the shirasu was the most delicious. Both ingredients felt fresh. Thanks to the chef's careful work, the price was reasonable, and it is close to the station, I would like to use it again when I visit Shizuoka.
