自家製醤×発酵中華 桜梅桃李、江川通り添いにあるビルの地下に有ります。
友人と4人で利用させていただきました。
先ず、かつおのたたきとレバ刺しをお願いし、
この２品を頼んでから、コースを頼むことにしました。
コースの内容は、
カツオのたたきと海老
ザーサイときゅうり
点心
野菜料理
海老と椎茸等
黒酢の酢豚
四川名物よだれ鶏 と 香港式蒸鶏
汁なしタンタン麺
海老チャーハン
追加で頼んだ麻婆豆腐を挟みます。
麻婆豆腐はアツアツでした。
コースのデザート、杏仁豆腐
どれも本格中華らしい手の込んだ品で、美味しかったです。
