静岡駅近くのお鮨屋さんに伺いました。カウンターに座りましたが、距離感といい、とても居心地の良い空間でした。
静岡といえば、マグロもありますが、まずは桜エビでしょう。生桜エビの寿司は静岡以外では珍しいのではないでしょうか。軍艦でいただきましたが、もの凄く美味しかったです。
あとは、ながらみです。「ながらみ」と聞いて理解できる人は静岡の人だけだと思います。小さな貝のことなのですが、塩茹でして爪楊枝でクリっと身を出して食べるのですが、これが最高の酒のつまみになります。私は静岡出身なので子供の頃からよく食べていました。スーパーにも必ずといってあります。
それが、東京に来て25年近く経ちますが、今まで一度だけ成城石井で見かけたことはありますが、それ以外は皆無です。
是非、静岡に行った際には食べていただきたいです。静岡の鮨屋に行ってメニューにはなくても「ながらみありますか？」と聞くと、大体あると思います。
静岡を堪能できた夜でした。
