静岡人に連れられ、オーナーさんに無理くり頼んで席を取ってもらいました。
人気店です。
まずはモウカの星！サメの心臓のくせにもう味は生レバ刺しです。まさにゴマ油で食べます。
次に初アブラボウズ。深海魚です。たっぷりなコラーゲン的な脂身だけの刺身。味があまりないかな。
静岡名物、涙巻。ワサビの香りがたまりません。
どうする家康 絶賛の折戸ナス。一富士二鷹三茄子の折戸ナスです。賀茂茄子にほぼ似たり。
こういうメニューの数々楽しいですね。
またお寿司として一流です。昔食べたこのカッパ巻き。
このカッパに出会うため、寿司屋さんで必ずカッパを注文してました。それからようやく出会えました。
居酒屋さんで出会えた、それくらいお寿司は美味しかった。スゴイお店です。
