味たま元味醤油ラーメンとから揚げ(3個)とライスのセットを頼みました。
元味醤油ラーメンの麺は中太のストレート麺で麺の表面がツルツルしていて喉越しが良く、茹で加減は少し硬めで豚骨醤油のスープにあっていました。
スープは豚骨ベースの醤油味にマー油が入ってニンニクの香りが良く、深みがあって、豚骨の臭みも無く飲みやすくて美味しかったです。
トッピングのチャーシューは炙っていて香ばしく、味たまは濃厚で味があってしっかりして美味しく、水菜の苦味はあってないと個人的には思いました。海苔と薬味のネギは普通でした。
から揚げは油っこいけどモモ肉でジューシーで味もしっかりして美味しかったです。
セットのライスの量も茶碗1杯分で良かったです。
店内も綺麗で雰囲気は良かったです。
