ベトコンラーメンというのは全国を旅しているとときどき耳にします。でもそのネーミングからあまり響きの良さを感じず、これまで興味を持ちませんでした。
で、今回静岡駅近辺で食事をするのに際しベトコンラーメンについてリサーチ。
もともと岐阜県にある新京という店が発祥で、暖簾分けで全国に広がっているようです。
ベトコンとはベストコンディションの略。
食べてみてわかったのは、ニンニクが個体のままゴロゴロ入っていました。こりゃあ体力付きますよ。翌日、体調バッチリラーメンということですね。
醤油、味噌、豚骨などから選ぶことができ、私はベトコンラーメンを醤油で注文。
ニンニクを摺ることなく粒のままラーメンに入れるのはホントめずらしい。でも野菜と炒めていることで、ニンニクのいい風味が全体に広がっていました。
