今日は静岡駅南口から徒歩10分程。駅南銀座にある『健康居酒屋 魚to畑』さんへお邪魔。
不摂生気味の私にしたら、お酒も飲めた上健康になれるなんて、夢のような居酒屋です。
店内は明るくて、これまた健康的。いいですね。
心なしかお野菜を使ったメニューが多いように感じます。
特に気になったのが「人参の肉巻き」と「玉葱ステーキ」。あとお刺身もね。
一番人気の「人参の肉巻き」は他ではなかなか見ないビジュアル。小振りな人参が1本まるっと出てきます。
人参は甘すぎないグラッセ。クセは皆無で食べやすい。ボリュームあるように見えますが、ペロリといけます。
「玉葱ステーキ」もインパクトあり。スッとフォークが入る程柔らかく、ハラリと崩れていきます。素材の味もしっかりあって甘い。
お魚も新鮮ですね。特に生シラスは尻尾もピンピン。見ただけで鮮度がわかります。
素材の良さを活かす事へのこだわりがよくわかりました。丁寧なお仕事ですね。ご馳走様です。
