I received Chateaubriand!
Sometimes I want meat, so I went to Steak Gold, which I always pass by on my way to and from Chuang.They have very fine grades of meat, and the prices are slightly different.I decided to go for the top one anyway, so I went for Chateaubriand. I did it! 200g is 9,600 yen. I wasn't sure how filling it would be, so I ordered it alone, but it comes with vegetables as a side dish. In conclusion, the single item was enough. It's fillet, so it's not too greasy. However, the meat fibers are fine and it has a good texture.You won't know unless you compare it with other meats, but it was a real Chateaubriand.
