Today's place is this. There was a little time before the reservation time for the first place, so I went with a friend for a pre-party. I've been interested in this place for a while. It was around 6pm on a Friday, and although there were apparently reserved seats, there weren't many customers there yet. We sat at the counter on the first floor. We ordered a little modestly. The appetizer was smelt nanbanzuke. ・Small assorted sashimi 1,100 yen/tax included (Red Fuji trout, squid, octopus, scallops, sea bream, yellowtail, red meat) →Fujinomiya's specialty Red Fuji trout and six other standard seafood. The quality was so-so, but the price was quite reasonable. If you don't mind raw fish, this is the place to order. ・Boya's shumai 4 pieces 580 yen/tax included →The shumai with the restaurant's name on it arrived piping hot in a steamer. They were quite large and very juicy. The meat used was pork shoulder loin, and you could feel the gravy. Delicious! You should definitely order it.・Crispy green peppers 480 yen/tax included → I wanted to eat them when I saw the green peppers immersed in ice water on the counter. They were juicy and crispy as the name suggests, and I enjoyed them with minced meat. For my drink, I had Asahi Super Dry Extra Gold. I also had a grape sour from the colorful fruit sours that the shop is proud of. Thank you for the meal! I think the menu is stylish and original.
