The weather that day was very bad. It was windy and drizzling, but an umbrella was useless... But the town was bustling. I made a reservation in advance, so I was able to get a seat. Appetizer: Extra cold Simmered dish root vegetables and squid (I wanted to drink even though it was cold) Assorted sashimi (horse mackerel, sea bream, marinated squid, salmon, bonito, yellowtail) I felt the saltiness, probably because it was salted. It was fresh, but... the saltiness bothered me. Teriyaki yellowtail and boiled radish The radish was soft and flavorful. The yellowtail was thick, so it was satisfying to eat, but I would have liked it if the teriyaki sauce had soaked in a little more. Black hanpen fries: Hot and delicious as usual. Cow tongue goes great with green onion salt. It was delicious Cow tongue. Mapo tofu: Delicious!! (The best thing) Fried rice: It didn't feel punchy as a single item, but there were other dishes with strong flavors, so I guess it was fine. Since I was sitting at the counter, I was able to enjoy the performance in the kitchen (they were cooking normally).
