静岡駅より徒歩5分の「酒場ル ダルマ食堂」さんへ。
店着時の18:30頃はガラガラでしたが、19時過ぎるとあっという間に満席。タイミング良かったです。
とりあえずビールと「しずおかおでん」をつまみにしてメニューを見ると「名物中落ち」なるメニューを発見。
名物ってくらいだから試しに頼んでみると…う〜ん、なるほどこりゃ凄いインパクト！
清水港直送の推定３０ｃｍ超え、皿からはみ出た中落ち到着。2本のスプーンを駆使して、こそぎ取るようです。なかなか握力要りますね。
ジョリジョリジョリとこそぎ取られた中落ちは、しっかり脂が乗っていて見た目以上にマッタリ。これは予想以上に美味しいですね。
エイヒレは目の前で炙りながら頂きます。
硬めのヒレが炙られてしんなりしてくると食べ頃。少々焦げがついたくらいが私は好きです。芳ばしさと甘みと旨み。そして心地よい歯応え。最高のアテです。
お腹いっぱい頂きました。ご馳走様でした。
