This shop is an affiliated store of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Ushinari, where you can enjoy Yakiniku (Grilled meat) that is unmistakable in Shizuoka, which handles purebred Tajima Manyo beef and Shibaura hormones. It is a restaurant that makes the ushinari a little more casual and keeps the price range down. I am grateful that I can order courses and a la carte freely. This time, I ordered a selection course. The appetizer, pecorus soup, is a pecoros, roasted with manyo beef fig fat, and you can warm your body with a sweet and rich soup. The kobukuro and spring chrysanthemum are ingenious, and the Manyo beef Ichibo sashimi and Manyo beef Marukawa negitoro are irresistible for raw meat lovers. The salt was especially delicious, with purebred Tajima Manyo beef and Krimi having a strong taste and missing the flavor of the meat. All the sauce grilling was unified with Manyo beef, and I was able to enjoy the characteristics of Manyo beef, which is not heavy in fat. 〆 is rice with Manyo beef boiled in rose kaku and Manganji chili peppers. The broth was well cooked, and the inclusion of Manganji gave it a light feeling, so it was delicious until the end.
