It's within a 10-minute walk from the south exit of Shizuoka restaurant. The second Kusanagi store is located at the south exit. We got there at 18:30 and were lucky to get the last seat. We toasted with highballs and draft beers and ordered two kinds of Cow tongue tongue 1,380 yen, premium skirt steak 1,080 yen, tripe sashimi 780 yen, Chinese cabbage kimchi 380 yen, today's leaf 320 yen, tetchan 420 yen, gizzard shad 420 yen, and medium rice 200 yen. First, we put the thick Cow tongue and the tip of the tongue with Cow tongue and salt and dipped it in lemon sauce. It was delicious. Just as expected. Good. The skirt steak had a nice fatty texture and when mixed with the soy sauce sauce with plenty of chili pepper, it went well with sake. It was softer than it looked and the juices penetrated into the mouth. Good. Tripe sashimi is a matter of personal preference. I personally prefer it grilled rather than eaten raw as it is a bit firm. We finished off with a homemade hormone bowl, torn off the tip of sunny lettuce and put it in the rice. Add a generous amount of kimchi with the juice. Add the grilled fatty tetchan and lean crunchy giara. Pour the yakiniku sauce into the Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Finally, pour in plenty of chili pepper. Drain the fat with lettuce and kimchi, increase the spiciness with chili pepper and kimchi, and shovel it into your mouth. It's absolutely delicious! My stomach feels full, but I drank a lot so the cost went up, but if I had a bottle, I would be more satisfied.
