サバの塩焼き→半身。肉厚ではないけど皮がそこそこパリッと焼けててジューシーで美味しい。大根おろしは辛味が無くてとても食べやすい。
副菜は野菜中心でヘルシー。ご飯は小盛、普通、大盛から選べて、お味噌汁は1杯おかわり無料らしい。
