静岡駅南口からすぐのところにある、餃子と静岡おでんが名物のお店。
大きく「餃研」とかかれた看板が目印となっています。
リーズナブルに静岡名物とお酒を楽しめるお店として、お客さんで賑わう人気店です。
■メニュー
店名にもなっている餃子は、肉餃子・男餃子・女餃子の3種類がラインナップ。
肉餃子はお肉がたっぷりと入ったもので、男餃子はニンニクがガッツリ効いた餃子、女餃子は野菜主体の餃子となっています。
この日は餃子3点セット（1,100円）と瓶ビールを頂きました。
■感想
ディナーで伺う静岡おでんのお店の予約時間まで50分ほど暇があったので、0次会でサクッとお伺いしたこちらのお店。
インパクトのある看板に自然と体が吸い寄せられました。
一階席は厨房をぐるっと囲むように席が配置され、カウンター席のみのスタイル。
肩肘張らない大衆感があり、お酒が進みます。
オーダーした餃子は、3種類の違いが楽しめる構成。
特に男餃子はニンニクがガッツリと使われており、香りも味わいもニンニクが主役に据えられた一品。
こちらとビールの相性がとても良く、ゴクゴクとビールが飲めてしまう餃子でした。
この後に静岡おでんのお店に行くため、おでんはオーダーしませんでしたが、厨房で仕込まれている真っ黒なおでんも美味しそうでした。
