・ティーカクテル：りんごのフランベとザグロといずみ（和紅茶）、生クリームなどのカクテル
お茶とお酒とデザートが楽しめるコース。お茶は珍しいものから定番のものまで色々な種類があり、店主のセンスで無数の組み合わせの中から良きものをセレクトしてくれる。ティーカクテルは、お酒もお茶も味わえる独特の味わいで、選んだデザートに合わせて作ってくれた。
デザートは５種類の中から、紅玉とキャラメルナッツのタルト・オー・ポンムを選択。アップルパイのような感じで、キャラメルナッツが味、食感ともに良いアクセントになっていた。添えられたバニラアイスとの相性も良くて美味しかった。
一緒に行った人たちの偶然？デザートが重ならなかったので、全種類の写真載せてあります。
