以前の店舗の時に一度行ったものの移転後は初訪問。
年末の夜ということで結構混雑していた。
セアブラニボシ 950円
麺はつるつるの食感が良いタイプ。
スープは醤油が力強い。
背脂脂のあまみがしっかりと感じられるタイプが好きなのでその点では少し残念であった。

11時に到着すると店頭に長蛇の列。
15名くらいはいただろうか。
ただ回転はとても良く20分待ちで店内へ。
そして25分程度でラーメンにありつけた。
鯖ラーメン(限定) 1100円
チャーシュー(トッピング) 250円
からあげ丼 500円
鯖ラーメンはしっかりと鯖の出汁の風味が効いている。
とはいえあっさり醤油ではなくこってり動物系。
麺は細めのストレートでしっかり茹でられている。
具は厚切りバラチャーシュー4枚、メンマ、海苔、青ネギ、そして生姜の細切り。
この生姜がとても良い。
こってりスープを少し爽やかにしつつ、更にシャキッとした食感も味わえる。
チャーシューはトッピングで何枚追加になったのか分からないが、この大きさが仮に3枚追加で250円ならかなりお得。
しかも噛まなくていい程のとろける柔らかさ。
からあげ丼は揚げたての中サイズの唐揚げ4つが結構な量の白米の上に乗っている。
揚げたての唐揚げはうれしいのだが如何せん塩味が強い。
ご飯の上にタレも掛かっているのだが、唐揚げの塩味でタレの味がいまいち分からなかった。
そして唐揚げきっかけかは分からないが後半は全体的に塩辛さにやられてしまった。
やはり定番メニューで攻める方が良いのだろうか。
