■所感
静岡市葵区にある無化調にこだわるラーメン屋です。
丸鶏は無化調鶏ガラ醤油スープと自家製麺を
組み合わせたもの。鶏の強い旨味が持ち味です。
餃子は数種類をラインナップさせる力の入れ様で
食感や香味野菜の香りを感じるこだわりの一品です。
■丸鶏(850円)+味玉(120円)
スープは丸鶏から取ったスープ
無化調ながら濃い目の鶏出汁で
ガツンと強い印象を出しています。
麺は自家製のストレート中細麺。
コシがあって噛んだ瞬間パツッと切れる
食感が良いです。
トッピングは、叉焼、メンマ、ネギ。
チャーシューはホロリとした食感のもの。
■餃子
餃子(500円)
サイズやや大きめの肉系の焼き餃子です。
餡はひき肉、白菜、ニラ、生姜。
みっちりと詰まっていて存在感大きい。
噛むと中の閉じ込められた肉汁
白菜の瑞々しさ、シャキシャキ感、
刻み生姜の存在感が良いアクセントです。
エビ水餃子(550円)
ラー油の浮いたスープに入って提供されます。
餡はエビとひき肉のダブル、ニラ。
所々で感じるエビ特有の食感が子気味良いです。
