土日のランチに訪問。
時刻は11時半前だったが、既に2組待ち。
10分くらい並んで入店。
食券機で丸鶏ラーメン、麺大盛、餃子、セロリキムチを購入。
5分ほどでサーブ。
ラーメンは化学調味料無しだが、濃厚な鶏の旨みが
感じられる醤油スープ。一口目でこりゃ飲み干してしまいそうと思うほどの誘惑を感じた。
麺はパツパツした歯切れの良い自家製麺。これがまた旨い。
トータルしてかなり高バランスな一杯。
餃子は皮は薄めの具がギッシリタイプで食べ応えあり。
セロリキムチは珍しいと連れがハマっていました。
今回は丸鶏ラーメンにしたが、色々種類があるので
次回は煮干しに挑戦したい。
