きりがねさんに昼時に伺いました。
気の温もりの感じられる店内、一枚板のテーブルなど素敵な空間です、テーブル3のカウンター(5人）です、外に待つスペースもありました。ブランケットや椅子なども用意してくださってあります
在来蕎麦を食べることが出来ます
この日は寒波が来ていたので、とても寒いと言うことで、暖かい物を頂きましたが、次回以降せいろも食べてみたいです。
蕎麦のコシと風味は勿論、天麩羅は野菜がゴロっと蓮根も半分、牛蒡や人参の風味を感じられ食べ応えもあります。
蕎麦の出汁も色味は濃く感じますが甘味控えめで出汁の旨味が美味しく、ごくごく頂きました。
