静岡に日帰り出張。
クライアントとランチを食べながらミーティングすることになり、「Bolo」さんに連れて来ていただきました。場所は、JR静岡駅北側の繁華街の一画で、七間町通り沿いにある「ARTIE」というビルの３階です。
エレベーターで上がっていくと、ガラス張りの開放的な店構えで、奥はボーリング場です。お店との仕切りは特殊なガラスで、お店側からはボーリング場が見えますが、反対側からは見えない様になっている様です。防音もしっかりしていて、音も微かに聞こえる程度でした。
さて注文です。ランチメニューは、パスタ・ピッツァ・ハンバーガーで、各々６種類程度。その中から、名物と書いてある「天使のホワイトクリームスープパスタ」をお願いしました。麺は４種類から選べるので、タリアテッレです。
店内にはバーコーナーらしきものもあり、夜は本格的な料理とお酒も楽しめる様です。私は得意ではありませんが、ボーリング好きな方には面白いシチュエーションなのかもしれませんね。そんなことを考えていると、まずはスープが、その後にパスタが提供されました。
銀色のフライパンにホワイトクリームスープがたっぷり、具材はベーコンとしめじです。もっと麺に絡んでいるタイプを想像していたのですが、粘度少なめのスープが器一杯に入っていて、中にパスタが沈んでいました。熱々で少し食べにくいのですが、パスタはかなり硬めに茹でられていて、スープの熱を計算されているのだと思います。味付けはビジュアルよりもあっさりしており、ボリュームも相応。打ち合わせをしながらも、簡単に完食しました。
味は悪くはないのですが、ややインパクトに欠ける印象です。せっかく雰囲気やサービスが良いので、料理にもう一工夫あればもっと色々使えそうなお店ではあります。まあ、ランチのこの一品だけで判断するのは早計ではありますが…。
お勘定は1,190円です。
