本日はこちらへ〜。
用宗のブルワリー"West Coast Brewing"が経営するホテル。今回はこの後に車を運転する予定があったため、泣く泣くビール無しに…。通常ランチでの利用です。テラス席はワンちゃんもOK、これも嬉しい。

結構時間かかりました、カレーが出てくるまで30分くらい。最初にシーザーサラダと揚げたてのハッシュドポテトが出てきたので、それをつまみつつ待ちます。
カレーは柔らかくまで煮込まれた牛タンがゴロッと入ったスパイスカレー。トマトベースで旨みたっぷり！スパイスが効いており、結構辛い、辛旨！牛タンは繊維がホロホロに崩れるくらいに柔らかいでさね〜。副菜もカレーと相性良かったです。なかなかクオリティの高いカレーでした。
ちなみにフライドポテトは、明太ソースで。こちはも揚げたてホクホクです。
