PR for restaurants |
We use only domestic ingredients, and the curry made with bonito stock is so tasty you'll want to eat it again and again. Enjoy in a bright and clean space.
Our restaurant serves curry made with Japanese-style dashi. We use carefully selected domestic ingredients, mainly from Shizuoka Prefecture. Please choose from a variety of toppings to suit your taste |
It's still humid and hot, but a spicy meal... that's right, curry is good. This was an intriguing curry restaurant that advertises Japanese-style broth. I went in a little after lunchtime, bought a ticket inside the clean-feeling restaurant, and sat down at the counter. I handed over the ticket for the katsu curry I had checked in advance, and after a short wait for the katsu to be fried, it was brought to me. The katsu was unexpectedly thick and filling. When I heard the curry was "Japanese-style," I imagined it would be like the curry you get at a soba restaurant, but it had a light flavor. Perhaps this is what happens when you make curry with broth without using any seasoning. On the contrary, it wasn't heavy and was delicious. The curry they make over there is good, but this kind of curry is good too. This time too, it's Gocchan (。・`ω´・。)ゝ.:゚+。★
