[Shizuoka Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Kanmuyo] is produced by Tsukahara, the owner of the popular members-only yakiniku restaurant ``Up-and-coming Yakiniku (Grilled meat)'. It opened in July 2023. At first glance, the exterior looks more like a stylish cafe than Yakiniku (Grilled meat). The store is also bright, clean, and spacious. There are 33 seats. The menu is a la carte, and courses start from 6,500 yen. I received a special course that was newly added to the menu for ¥12,000 (tax included). The best part is that you can eat all-you-can-eat rice and beef stew! Price includes drinks (alcohol of course)! *Courses below the special course are free after the second drink. I'm worried about whether it will be profitable...but that's the beauty of being an up-and-comer. ■Assorted Kimchi Namul Assorted kimchi, kakuteki, and namul. Kimchi is mild and easy to eat. ■Seared Wagyu Beef Yukhoe with Truffle For the truffle-scented grilled yukhoe, add truffle salt to your preference. You can feel the quality of the meat from the first item. ■Specially selected thick-sliced tongue with salt You can see that the quality and soft tongue is hard to find in Shizuoka Prefecture. The surface is crispy and the meat juices ooze out from inside. ■Special thick-sliced skirt steak wasabi The skirt steak is thick-sliced, but it's soft enough to bite into easily. Wasabi is a refreshing and nice accent. ■Princess Paprika Super sweet Very large paprika! It's fresh and lightly grilled to bring out its sweetness. ■Specially selected thick-sliced chateaubriand The luxury of having chateaubriand... We grill it slowly while it rests. The texture is so easy to fall apart that you don't need teeth. The fat isn't too strong, so you can enjoy a good amount even in the second half. ■Japanese black beef sirloin, bonito flakes & wasabi Thinly sliced sirloin is quickly grilled and served with rice. Add bonito flakes, wasabi, and dashi soy sauce to it. Double the flavor of meat with bonito flakes! The meat has some marbling, but of course it's good quality, and the wasabi and soy sauce didn't make it stand out at all. It was a combination typical of Shizuoka and tasted like no other. ■Large size tail with miso sauce A tail that doesn't come out very often in Yakiniku (Grilled meat). The plump, collagen-like feel was very interesting. ■ Cold Noodles were light and rich, and the noodles were chewy and delicious. I wanted to eat a large portion...lol ■Special beef stew Beef stew with unlimited refills. There's a lot of meat in there, and the fibrous meat has also melted into it, so it's almost meat. It was so delicious that I ended up eating two bowls...I can't believe you get unlimited refills. ■ Ice cream Vanilla and strawberry Ice cream. I was surprised that it had more volume than I expected! A luxury course worth over 12,000 yen. It was more delicious and satisfying than I expected, so I would like to eat it again. I would like to try the reasonable course once.
