イタリアンを中心にノンジャンルで酒の肴を創造しています。 由比の定置網の捕れたて魚、地農家の野菜、山菜など食材探しも楽しいものです。 |
口コミを見てかなりの高得点でしたのでタクシーを飛ばして行きました 飲み物は焼酎はボトルがありましたが日本酒はボトルは無しがっかりでした 日本酒は栓をを開けたら酸化をしてしまい 酸味が出るのでやはりボトルの方がよろしいかと思います 一合８５０円を二杯 友人は焼酎２合頼み乾杯 さて料理は刺身の盛り合わせ 他芝エビなどを頼みわくわくしながら待っておりました お客さんは女性が多かったですね 刺身の盛り合わせが到着 綺麗に盛ってありました アジは由比ではなく県外からのものですね マグロは赤身 鯒はこりこりして良かったです いつもなら刺身は全て平らげるのですが 残しましたね 芝エビはふとねぎを入れて塩コショウで炒めたものでシンプルですが塩が効きすぎてしょっぱいだけでした バターで炒めたらいいかもですね ここの主人は無愛想ですね 料理は笑顔が大事！料理と笑顔がお酒のつまみですからね まだまだ未知数のお店ですが食べ歩きをして勉強をして健闘をして欲しいですね 期待をしています。
