東海道広重美術館を訪れた帰りに伺いました。お店の場所は美術館から徒歩２分、美術館の駐車場の目の前です。
広重美術館には何度も行っているのですが、井筒屋さんに伺ったのは、今回が初めてでした。
いただいたのは、「かき揚げ特製天ざる」、相方は「かけセット」。どちらも桜えびのかき揚げが付きます。
桜えびで有名な由比は、私の住む街の隣町ですから、桜えびは私にとってそれほど珍しいものではありませんが、こちらのかき揚げは、サクサクの上にボリュームたっぷり。それでいて油っぽくなくて、とっても美味しくいただけました。
ごちそうさまでした。今度伺ったときには、桜えびかき揚げ天丼をいただきます。また伺います！
