狐ヶ崎にあるお店です。
基本的にはテイクアウトのお店ですが、一応店内で食べることも出来ます。
駐車場はお店の前に3台ほど。
横にも停められるのかな。
テイクアウトだと、冷凍と調理済み両方あります。
冷凍だと3ヶ月もつらしいですよ。
ほとんどの人がテイクアウトしていきますが、敢えて出来立てを店内で食べてみました。
店内ですが、壁際のカウンター席が4席くらいとテーブル席が1卓。
注文できるのは、焼き餃子か蒸し餃子。
あとはドリンク。
てことで、焼き餃子をお願いしました。
ビールも飲みたいところですが、車なので我慢。
10分くらい待って餃子登場。
焼き餃子ですが、1人前で8個です。
見た目が非常に独特で、丸っとしています。
皮は薄めでカリッとしています。
中に餡がたっぷり詰まっているって感じではなく、空気で膨らんでいる感じ。
なかなか面白い。
餡は、肉よりやや野菜が目立つかな。
ニンニクは多分使われていないです。
あっさりしています。
下味も付いていないので、そのままだと非常にあっさり。
醤油とお酢なしだと厳しいか。
これはこれで美味しいかな。
で、熱々です。
口の中火傷しました。
なかなか良かったと思います。
イートインだと餃子のみなので、やはりビールくらいは飲みたいかな。
狭い店内だし、持ち帰るのが一番かもしれません。
