ホワイト餃子を久しぶりに購入しました。
一度、テイクアウトで作りましたが、
作り方が悪く餡が偏ってしまい、味も今一でした。
同じホワ餃でも違うのか、購入しました。
マニュアル通りで作り、晩御飯で登場です。
念の為、姫路のひめポンを保険にスタンバイ。
餃子のタレが付いていないのがスタンダードなのか?
ポン酢、餃子タレを準備を行ないました。
フライパンに餃子を並べ、熱湯を注ぎファイヤー
7分蒸し焼き油を投入し、焦げ目が付いたら油を取り除き、
出来上がりです。(説明省略)
早速、いただきま～す。
うむ! 味がない。
餡に味がない。
なんだこれは。20年以上前に食べた餃子と一緒ではないか!
正直、食えたものではない。
